Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Fly from your country to Delhi. Upon arrivalat international airport our representative welcomes you and then you will be transferred to the hotel in a private A/C car. Rest & overnight in Delhi
Day 2 : Delhi
After an early morning breakfast take guided sightseeing tours in the first half of the day, we visit the OLD Delhi covering the Red fort, Jama Masjid & Chandni Chowk - enjoy ricksaw ride in narrow allys of Chandni chowk. We drive towards Connaught place - the blooming heart of New Delhi via Raj Ghat.The second half takes you through the NEW Delhi covering the India Gate, President House, birla temple. The evening gives you the option of enjoying the Sound & light show at the red fort or at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Agra
Today after an early breakfast we drive down to Agra en-route visit sikandra tomb. Arrive Agra in the afternoon check-into your already booked hotel and then city tour of Agra. Visit the famous Taj Mahal ( known as wonder of world ) built by Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 : Agra - Jaipur
Today after breakfast drive to Jaipur en-route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Later proceed for a three hours journey to the Pink City of Rajasthan known as Jaipur. Check in at the pre booked hotel on arrival. Relax and refresh. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 : Jaipur
Morning after breakfast visit Amber Fort. Enjoy elephant ride till amber fort gate. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a color coat of pink a century ago in honor of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this color. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory - Jantar Mantar & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal. If time permits one can visit local handicraft market. Evening free on your own. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 6 : Jaipur - Delhi
Today after breakfast we drive to the delhi and en-route visit to neemrana heritage fort now convert into heritage hotel and continue drive to delhi, upon arrival check-into pre booked hotel for overnight stay in delhi.
Day 7 : Delhi - Amritsar
Early morning pick up from hotel & transfer to railway station to board the superfast air-conditioned train to Amritsar. Breakfast in the train, arrive Amritsar and transfer to hotel. Evening visit Wagah Border to watch Border Retreat Ceremony The pageant of the beating of the retreat and the change of guard within handshaking distance of the Indian and Pakistani forces here makes the most charming of the spectacles as a daily evening drill. Ascertain the timings before you leave to see this spectacle since these are changed seasonally. Wagha is the only land border open between Pakistan and India. Night stay in Amritsar.
Day 8 : Amritsar - Delhi
Morning visit Golden Temple -is the most sacred temple for Sikhs. It is a symbol of the magnificence and strength of the Sikh people all over the world. In the evolution of the Darbar Sahib, is entwined the history and ideology of Sikhism. In its architecture are included, symbols associated with other places of worship. This is an example of the spirit of tolerance and acceptance that the Sikh philosophy propounds.
Also visit Jallianwala Bagh - Martyrs’ Memmorial built in the shape of eternal flame of liberty is situated on the outskirts of Golden Temple. Here about 1500 and 2000 persons who were attending a peaceful meeting during the freedom movement fell under the bullets of the British General Dyer on 13 April 1919 and the city of Amritsar.
Afternoon transfer to railway station to board the train back to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Delhi.
Day 9 : Delhi - Home
After breakfast in hotel day is free for shopping activites or leisure later in evening transfer to the International Airport to connect flight for your Scheduled destination.
